Human Resources

• Own core functional areas for the HR team including onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, leave programs, immigration, government compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
• Maintain and enhance the human resources organization programs through planning, implementing, and continuously evaluating programs and practices
• Serve as a sought-after resource to employees at all levels.
• Manage employee benefits programs and serving as the point of contact for employee inquiries, claims resolutions, invoicing and improvement recommendations. Also, participating in the financial analysis of all benefit programs.
• Administer the various Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and utility of master data
• Process various personnel actions and generating reports, which includes handling confidential and sensitive personnel information
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state and local employment laws and compliance requirements and filings.
• Evaluate results and initiatives for ownership areas to ensure alignment with firm objectives and recommend new approaches, policies, and programs to effect continual improvements in efficiencies and outcomes
