Serve as a cross-functional Revenue Operations architect partnering with CEO, product, engineering, sales, and customer success to design and institutionalize playbooks, tools, and systems
Codify and standardize vendor and agency onboarding, bid management, and shortlisting processes
Build internal frameworks for cross-functional collaboration, SLAs, and reporting
Lead scalable go-to-market execution in five new states
Establish metrics and dashboards that drive accountability and growth
Develop repeatable state-entry playbook including stakeholder engagement, compliance checklists, and local-market adaptations
Define milestone trackers, timeline templates, and launch operations; integrate with HubSpot dashboards and Asana workflows
Define SLAs and protocols, implement weekly reporting cadence, KPI dashboards, exception logs, and risk registers
Train internal teams on new playbooks, gather feedback, iterate, and deliver a comprehensive modular Operations Playbook
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting
Background in top-tier consulting or an MBA from a top-tier institution preferred
Experience with SaaS, marketplace platforms, or public-sector tech strongly preferred
Proven success in building and scaling operational systems across teams and geographies
Mastery of process mapping, documentation, and facilitation
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dashboards and data-driven decisions
Excellent communicator with a knack for simplifying the complex
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment
