- Dig deep into prospecting, closing deals, and nurturing client relationships that drive success.
- Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing sales.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, turning leads into lasting partnerships.
- Initiate the sales process with engaging presentations and meetings.
- Close deals by building rapport and understanding client needs.
- Utilize CRM system to track leads and maintain client information.
- Work closely with a supportive team of account managers and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- A "hunter" mentality: you’re driven, self-motivated, and eager to chase opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a must.
- Base salary + quarterly bonus + uncapped commissions
