• Provides customer service, direction, and information for community members using aquatics facilities and programming
• Provides effective service, gives program information, supports administrative functions, and communicates aquatics policies
• Directs customers to specific areas for information and assistance
• Updates customer accounts and records; ensures the accuracy of customer accounts, program registrations, and updates accounts with correct information
• Performs any and all other tasks as needed or assigned

Customer Service Representative – Aquatics

General

• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, direction, and execution of work for employees in Dallas Water Utility
• Provides leadership, expertise, and direction in water distribution activities
• Hires, trains, and evaluates performance of staff
• Participates in the development of long-range plans, programs, and schedules
• Identifies and addresses issues with water distribution methods and facilities
• Plans and coordinates maintenance activities
• Monitors and oversees plant and facility performance
• Resolves employee complaints and grievances
• Implements methods to improve production or effectiveness

Supervisor – Wastewater Collection

Compliance

• Performs moderately complex management or oversight activities for daily operations of an operating unit or functional program
• Develops guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations
• Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of others
• Ensures accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in enforcement actions
• Manages quality and accuracy in reporting
• Provides training and ensures all code enforcement personnel are properly certified
• Serves as the acting official departmental representative to other City departments
