Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of current processes and identify areas for improvement
Collect and analyze data to generate insights into workflow efficiencies and process bottlenecks
Design and implement systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals
Work collaboratively with team members to develop practical solutions and best practices for optimized workflows
Conduct work simplification and measurement studies to streamline tasks and reduce inefficiencies
Develop methods to measure performance improvements and assess the impact of implemented changes
Prepare and maintain detailed operations and procedures manuals; ensure manuals are accessible and updated to support staff training and operational consistency.
Requirements
6 years of experience in a management analysis or business process improvement role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process improvement techniques
Strong understanding of business analysis and operational efficiency principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present findings and recommendations clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred: Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be a US Citizen
Must have an active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one.
