About the role
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand process needs and implement solutions within Workfront
- Configure Workfront objects such as custom forms, project templates, portfolios, reports, approval workflows, layout templates, and user roles
- Support and optimize the Workfront platform, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead or contribute to process improvement projects, ensuring scalability and governance
- Provide user enablement: onboarding, training sessions, and documentation
- Monitor upcoming Workfront releases, test new features in sandbox environments, and communicate updates to users
- Collaborate with Salesforce and development teams to ensure seamless integrations and process alignment
- Help optimize and scale a platform that supports thousands of projects, introduce automation, and design smarter workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Workfront Administrator or Group Admin (preferably 5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of Workfront configuration best practices, including text mode and calculated fields
- Experience in process optimization and change management
- Familiarity with Adobe Fusion or similar automation tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Power Automate) [Preferred]
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) [Preferred]
- Reporting and analytics experience (Tableau, Power BI) [Preferred]
- Knowledge of data governance principles [Preferred]
