Provide strategic leadership and oversight during the critical foundational phase
Drive the Payments Orchestration Layer implementation and ensure alignment with core capabilities (Data Quality Measurement, Client Experience enhancements, Operational Efficiency)
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes, including streamlining change management and enhancing sanctions screening capabilities
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-wide data models and architectures
Drive innovation in data analytics and AI to improve business processes and services
Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business goals, including defining data vision, governance, and architecture
Advocate for a data-driven culture and lead large-scale transformation programs
Focus on technology deployment of a scalable, efficient, and resilient platform to unify diverse systems
Communicate and negotiate internally at senior levels to influence outcomes
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Payments (Business Analysis, Technology Architecture, Project Management)
Experience with Sanctions Screening (system knowledge, general knowledge, workflows)
Communicates effectively; develops and delivers multi-mode communications
Able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels
Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience optimizing work processes and continuous improvement
Organizational savvy: understands systems and management processes
Working knowledge of Data Operating Model practices, Data Governance and Data Compliance within large, financial services firms
