Manage a portfolio of Regulatory Event Tracking (RET) technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
Develop comprehensive project plans, including business case and cost-benefit analyses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Engage in budget planning and cost management for all assigned projects, specifically including planning for the Regulatory Event Tracking system (RET)
Implement robust tracking mechanisms for all project releases, coordinating with technology teams to ensure smooth and controlled deployments
Prepare and present regular project status reports, key metrics, and risk assessments to senior management and relevant stakeholders
Conduct in-depth reviews of project documentation, identify potential roadblocks, and execute strategies to keep projects on track
Ensure all project stakeholders are identified and actively engaged in scope definition and throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively assess and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary
Track the progress of all Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives and use cases, ensuring they remain on schedule and meet defined objectives
Collaborate with AI development teams to understand technical progress, challenges, and requirements related to AI implementation
Apply knowledge of working principles and proper usage of AI models, including Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering, to assess initiatives and provide input
Report on the status and impact of AI initiatives to management, translating technical details into clear, business-oriented insights
Identify opportunities for leveraging AI technologies to improve efficiency and develop new solutions
Requirements
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or financial services environment
Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology projects, including budgeting, planning, and release tracking
Proven understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, including experience with or knowledge of AI/ML model development, implementation, or validation
Knowledge/experience with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical findings to diverse audiences, including senior management
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related quantitative field
Master's degree or relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus
