About the role
- Evaluate and validate analyses and KPIs from partners including AIM and Data Science teams
- Critically assess forecasting methodologies and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with analytics teams to leverage data for forecasting mechanics and define forecasting drivers
- Communicate forecasting methodologies and results to clients at operational and executive levels
- Build trusted relationships and proactively address client questions and concerns
- Create executive-level presentations and reports articulating forecasting insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Integration, Data, and Application Support to develop GWFO tools and processes
- Leverage AI and advanced technologies to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and stay abreast of industry best practices
- Seek feedback and pursue professional development; adapt to evolving business needs
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience with workforce management principles and practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
