Research, identify, and recommend AI tools, APIs, and integrations to enhance business operations and product offerings.
Assist in AI product development, testing, and deployment.
Create, manage, and optimize AI workflows, automations, and prompts for different use cases (customer service, marketing, content generation, operations).
Support in data collection, organization, and analysis to train and improve AI models.
Document processes, create SOPs, and maintain knowledge bases for AI projects.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and management to execute product roadmaps.
Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Work directly with leadership to help launch and optimize AI tools and workflows.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, AI Specialist, or in a product development/tech-related role.
Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Claude, automation platforms, etc.).
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation (Zapier, Make, or similar tools).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable using time-tracking software (required).
Willingness/ability to work night shift (US business hours).
Experience working remotely.
Ability to provide computer specifications and internet speed test screenshots as part of application.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus.
Background in computer science, data science, product management, or software development (nice to have).
Familiarity with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning (nice to have).
