💰 $93,440 - $140,160 per year
About the role
- Evaluate and validate analyses from key partners, including AIM and Data Science teams, ensuring the accuracy of KPIs
- Critically assess forecasting methodologies and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with analytics teams to leverage impactful data for forecasting mechanics and define clear drivers for forecasting models
- Communicate forecasting methodologies and results to clients across operational teams to executive leadership
- Build strong relationships with clients, proactively address questions and act as a trusted advisor
- Create executive-level presentations and reports to articulate forecasting insights and recommendations
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Integration, Data, and Application Support teams to develop and enhance GWFO tools and processes
- Leverage AI and advanced technologies to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency and explore continuous improvement approaches
- Seek feedback, pursue professional development, and adapt to evolving business needs
- Drive KPIs including forecast accuracy, client satisfaction, stakeholder engagement, adoption of advanced technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience with workforce management principles and practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
