About the role
- Own and manage the product roadmap for a key security platform feature area
- Translate complex product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories
- Leverage AI to deliver innovative security experiences and products
- Engage directly with customers and the security ecosystem to understand their security needs and pain points
- Define and track success metrics for product adoption and performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams and cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Lead delivery of features including multi-factor authentication (MFA), advanced network protections, AI-powered security experiences, and the Trust Center
- Team up with engineers, collaborate across functions, and shape roadmap to build customer trust at global scale
Requirements
- 5-10 years of product management experience with successful product launches
- Technical credibility to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams
- Experience in defining and launching security products
- Strong customer empathy and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
