About the role

  • Own and manage the product roadmap for a key security platform feature area
  • Translate complex product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories
  • Leverage AI to deliver innovative security experiences and products
  • Engage directly with customers and the security ecosystem to understand their security needs and pain points
  • Define and track success metrics for product adoption and performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Lead delivery of features including multi-factor authentication (MFA), advanced network protections, AI-powered security experiences, and the Trust Center
  • Team up with engineers, collaborate across functions, and shape roadmap to build customer trust at global scale

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of product management experience with successful product launches
  • Technical credibility to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams
  • Experience in defining and launching security products
  • Strong customer empathy and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
