About the role
- Lead and inspire a team of Solution Engineers
- Set the technical direction for the team
- Drive success while acting as the customer interface
- Identify and implement innovations to remove roadblocks
- Accelerate the professional development of the team
- Guide the team on good practices for discovery and showcasing solutions
- Organize and lead quarterly business review meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing to support prospecting initiatives
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering
- Ensure seamless transition to post-sales activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or related profession
- 2+ years of technical sales leadership experience
- Strong desire to serve the team and help realize career goals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience presenting technical value to audiences of all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of application and network technologies and protocols
- Experience with application and network performance analysis solutions
