As Project Manager, B2B Development and Marketing, you will support Cirque du Soleil's development initiatives with prospects and partners around the world, reporting to the VP, Strategic Development.
This role combines marketing, business development, and project management. You will support the team in monitoring development efforts. You will ensure that customer relationship management tools are kept up to date, develop and update marketing and sales tools, and manage B2B marketing activities. Your contribution will be essential in transforming strategic opportunities into extraordinary experiences.
Main responsibilities: include pipeline tracking, CRM maintenance, marketing tools development, planning and coordination of B2B marketing activities, SEO/SEM, content for digital/social platforms, website management, RFP responses.
Profile: Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years experience, Salesforce, etc.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or any other related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally in an international context.
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Proficiency with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
Good knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media).
Strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
Rigorous, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within tight deadlines.
Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
