About the role
- Reporting to the Global Head of Capital Markets, you are a capital markets specialist responsible for driving USDC adoption from the credit lens.
- Lead the development and coordination of credit-related initiatives across our global partner ecosystem.
- Identify, assess, and structure credit opportunities that support institutional adoption, liquidity, and growth across our portfolio of partners.
- Serve as the single-threaded owner for credit across the global Business Development organization, ensuring a consistent, disciplined, and scalable approach to credit strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 12+ years of extensive experience in institutional credit, with a background in prime brokerage, private credit, structured finance, or institutional lending.
- Comprehensive experience assessing counterparty risk and structuring credit solutions for sophisticated financial institutions.
- Proven capability in negotiating and securing high-impact strategic deals at a C-level audience level, exhibiting strong persuasive and communication skills.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
- Previous experience with on-chain lending, including key players, products, and trends.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
