About the role
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to translate them into scalable and efficient Sales solutions
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce and related Sales solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions
- Lead the implementation of Sales solutions, including configuration and integration with other systems
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on Salesforce Sales solutions
- Stay updated with the latest Sales Cloud features and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or similar role
- Extensive Business and Stakeholder facing experience
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise business processes
- Extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce Sales solutions
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and quoting tools integration with Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect (CAA) are highly desirable
