The Activations Specialist is responsible for the backend execution of marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance. This role focuses on the technical and operational aspects of campaign implementation, working closely with the creative team to produce and execute retention marketing campaigns.
Execute and optimize email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality and high-converting emails.
Execute optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance.
Quality check campaigns to ensure error-free deliverables.
Collaborate with the Client Strategist to build client presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution
Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp Pro
Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
Must be willing to work in the US time zone (4pm -12am SGT)
