About the role

  • Own pilot program management to ensure departments have a seamless and successful onboarding experience
  • Serve as a customer-facing partner: join technical sales calls, call departments and new users, and guide adoption
  • Deliver product demos to prospective customers and support the sales team during the pre-sales process
  • Design and execute HubSpot campaigns (email and SMS) to drive awareness, nurture leads, expand usage, and support sales cycles
  • Help create and maintain sales collateral to support business development
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and success teams to surface customer feedback and translate it into improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, customer-facing SaaS roles, or product marketing
  • HubSpot Expert (campaigns, workflows, analytics)
  • Excellent communicator — confident with officers, chiefs, and civilian staff alike
  • Tech-savvy and able to translate complex solutions into simple explanations
  • Motivated by growth, highly adaptable, and eager to contribute across teams
  • Must be based in Greenville, SC
