About the role
- Oversee the end‑to‑end production of compelling videos for organic social, paid advertising, product showcases, and corporate branding.
- Lead creative coverage at live events — from set-up and filming to editing content that captures the energy and impact in real time.
- Develop and produce authentic, engaging content tailored to social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) that amplifies our purpose-driven messaging.
- Craft and edit video and creative deliverables optimized for high-performing paid ad campaigns.
- Use your creative lens to showcase our mission of empowering leaders and communities — crafting narratives that reinforce our movement and values.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and events teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency throughout all brand touchpoints.
Requirements
- Proficient in video production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong editing skills and a portfolio demonstrating versatility across content types (social, ads, events, brand).
- Experience shooting or directing content in live event settings and managing on-site production workflows.
- Deep understanding of social media formats, trends, platform algorithms, and storytelling styles.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at juggling multiple creative projects in a dynamic environment.
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for purpose-driven work and storytelling that inspires transformation.
- Based in Los Angeles and available to work on-site full-time.
