Lead strategy, automation and campaigns for clients, managing client relationships and guiding junior team members
Design and execute email marketing automation, targeting strategies and large-scale campaigns based on client needs and customer insights
Monitor, measure, and optimise campaign performance, ensuring error-free launches and continuous improvements
Collaborate with Graphic Design, Copywriting, Project Management, account managers and Client Strategists to deliver on-brand, timely, and cost-effective projects
Track, analyse, and report on email KPIs, campaign outcomes and competitor activity to drive strategic recommendations
Lead client communication through regular calls and presentations, aligning strategies with business goals
Manage a small team (3–5 direct reports), including coaching, onboarding and training new hires
Contribute to internal knowledge-building and service development by refining processes and updating training resources
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution
Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
Proven experience managing teams; prior experience leading remote teams is an advantage
Must be willing to work in the US time zone (4pm -12am SGT)
