Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signing contracts with food service distributors.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers through targeted outbound outreach, referrals, and existing networks. You’ll run live demos of our solutions for suppliers, creating excitement, urgency, and a clear sense of value from the very first conversation.
• You’ll introduce suppliers to innovative AI solutions that revolutionize how they operate — educating key decision-makers and demonstrating the real impact technology can have on their business.
• Prospect and build sales pipeline, identifying high-potential partners through targeted outbound strategies, referrals, and networking within the food service ecosystem.
• Build meaningful, enduring partnerships with distributors based on trust and shared success. Your ability to create win–win outcomes and close deals will fuel relationships that continue to grow and deliver impact across the industry.

Senior Account Executive

Engineering Manager

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team of 7, providing clarity and direction
• Stay hands-on with the codebase when needed, setting the tone for technical excellence and supporting the team directly
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer-facing features
• Drive technical decisions in collaboration with senior engineers and tech leads
• Build and scale the team through hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management
• Foster a culture of energy, motivation, and pragmatic problem-solving

Events

• Lead delivery of Choco’s most impactful global events and campaigns during a team member’s maternity leave
• Plan and execute major events across US, UK, and EMEA (e.g. tradeshows, booths, partner activations, field events)
• Run partner marketing campaigns from kickoff to launch — aligning with Product Marketing, Sales, and external stakeholders
• Brief, QA, and launch creative assets with strong attention to detail and brand alignment
• Own campaign operations in HubSpot — building emails, forms, lists, and reports
• Manage and update CMS content (e.g. event pages, campaign hubs)
• Collaborate across functions — Product Marketing, Sales, Designers, Martech, RevOps
• Use AI tools to streamline execution and scale campaign workflows
• Maintain clear communication, enforce timelines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
