About the role

  • Serve as the primary sales lead for Amazon, FreshDirect and Misfits; owning the relationship and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Develop, plan & execute strategic selling plans to achieve internal Chobani and La Colombe KPIs including volume, revenue, distribution & share growth goals
  • Lead joint business planning with Amazon: set targets, negotiate trade terms and align on assortment, pricing and promotional strategy
  • Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance trends, and translate insights into clear actions plans to drive growth
  • Partner with the Commercial team functions to deliver team objectives ensuring excellence in execution of all related activities
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years consumer packaged goods experience including Sales and/or Category Management, ideally with eCommerce focus
  • Direct experience with Amazon (Vendor Central or Seller Central accounts)
  • Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Self-starter with ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Travel as needed for key customer meetings/shows and business reviews (25-40% travel required)
