About the role
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce/Omni analytics
- Analyze overall business health performance
- Develop and communicate diagnostics to aid in business health initiatives planning
- Hands-on cross-functional leadership of advanced analytics products
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process
Requirements
- Background in Analytics/Data Science/Strategy & Consulting or related field
- Technical proficiency in programming languages SQL, R, Python
- Experience in BI/Data Prep/Exploration tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau with preference for R-Shiny, Qlik, Snowflake and PowerPoint
- Proven experience utilizing datasets from Circana, Nielsen, Numerator with preference for WM Scintilla.
