About the role
- Serve as main point of contact for clients after enrollment and throughout membership lifecycle, including renewals
- Increase client retention through proactive communication and solution-oriented support
- Educate clients on navigating and maximizing healthcare benefits, partnering with HR teams, brokers, and consultants
- Interact with clients via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person to provide responsive, empathetic support
- Collaborate with Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, and Brokers to create a "WOW" experience
- Monitor metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement to prevent surprise terminations or non-renewals
- Support members and clients with challenges in benefit usage and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Health Insurance License for Arizona preferred (must obtain within first 60 days; additional state licensure may be required)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service roles (preferred)
- 1+ year of account management or client success experience (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Friendly, self-motivated team player (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
