Ensures the CNE/COO's meetings and calendar are strategically managed and fully supported with preparation, follow-through, and alignment.
Drives alignment and execution of nursing strategic initiatives by partnering with leadership and monitoring progress toward organizational goals.
Creates and maintains a centralized system to organize and provide real-time access to critical information for the CNE/COO.
Improves operational efficiency and communication across nursing leadership through structured processes, clear messaging, and high-quality deliverables.
This role is pivotal in driving alignment across nursing leadership, managing strategic priorities, and ensuring the CNE/COO is fully prepared and organized for all engagements.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree BS required and 7 or more years experience
Leadership, strategy, and project management experience preferred.
or Master's Degree Preferred and 5-7 years experience
ASQ - CMQ/Organizational Excellence Preferred Upon Hire
Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred Upon Hire
Lean Certification Preferred Upon Hire
