About the role

  • Ensures the CNE/COO's meetings and calendar are strategically managed and fully supported with preparation, follow-through, and alignment.
  • Drives alignment and execution of nursing strategic initiatives by partnering with leadership and monitoring progress toward organizational goals.
  • Creates and maintains a centralized system to organize and provide real-time access to critical information for the CNE/COO.
  • Improves operational efficiency and communication across nursing leadership through structured processes, clear messaging, and high-quality deliverables.
  • This role is pivotal in driving alignment across nursing leadership, managing strategic priorities, and ensuring the CNE/COO is fully prepared and organized for all engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree BS required and 7 or more years experience
  • Leadership, strategy, and project management experience preferred.
  • or Master's Degree Preferred and 5-7 years experience
  • ASQ - CMQ/Organizational Excellence Preferred Upon Hire
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred Upon Hire
  • Lean Certification Preferred Upon Hire
  • New employees must be willing to be vaccinated if found non-immune to measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and chicken pox (varicella) and/or without evidence of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccination since 2005.
