About the role
- Ensure a high level of customer service while working in a fast-paced structured call center environment.
- Make appropriate and timely decisions according to department standards, procedures and policies.
- Document interactions using web-based technology.
- Interact and collaborate with employees of varying levels across multiple departments.
- Follow up with patients to ensure they are satisfied with service.
- Maintain business relationship by providing prompt and accurate service to promote loyalty.
- Provide responses to patient inquiries based on the ChenMed core model for care.
- Perform other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required; in an elevated call center or similar environment preferred
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast paced healthcare setting or medical office highly preferred.
- Experience with web-based customer relationship management systems
