Assist callers with card activation and troubleshooting
Handle requests for replacement or new cards
Provide program details and savings information
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Deliver friendly, efficient support in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements
At least 1 year of call center and customer service experience (retail accepted)
Pharmaceutical call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday thru Friday
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
Must pass an internet speed test (hard-wired connection only)
Quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
