• Ensure a high level of customer service while working in a fast-paced structured call center environment.

Service Team Coordinator

Recruitment

• Executes full lifecycle recruiting which includes developing search, sourcing and interview strategies
• Seeks passive and active (semi-active) leads through online marketplaces/channels like, but not limited to: selective job boards, social media channels, internet searches, LinkedIn, Google and other search channels
• Connects with qualified candidates, evaluates credentials, conducts in-depth candidate interviews and presents dossiers of recommended candidates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Drives an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business
• Absorbs the business model and recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes
• Collaborates with Clinical Leaders to design and execute integrated Physician talent strategies
• Maintains and suggests innovative recruitment tools, technologies and best practices
• Leverages data and analytics to develop recruiting strategies and influence business outcomes
• Assists divisional clinical recruitment leaders in identifying and leveraging opportunities that impact quality, cost and speed of service delivery
• Educates internal clients on physician recruiting best practices and labor market dynamics
• Utilizes research and competitive intelligence (including but not limited to local market intelligence on offers, supply and demand, etc.)

Physician Recruiter, Full Time

Physician Recruiter – Full Time, Contract

• Operating in a call center environment, receives inbound and makes outbound customer service calls related to patient scheduling, and other general inquiries.
• Responds to patient inquiries based on the ChenMed core model for care.
• Escalates issues/concerns as appropriate.
• Documents interactions using web-based technology.
• Maintains business relationship by providing prompt and accurate service to promote loyalty.
• Interacts and collaborates with team members across multiple departments to promote VIP customer service and patient interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

Service Team Coordinator – Inbound Call Center Agent

Community Manager

• With provider guidance and direction, conducts one-on-one advanced, in-home health assessments with senior patients, documenting vitals and relevant physical attributes
• Communicates health updates with the provider and virtual care team and facilitates care plan execution and design
• Prepares patients for virtual examinations; performs routine screenings including vitals, weight, EKG, etc., and assists provider with exams
• Prepares and administers medications including IM and IV, changes dressings, applies bandages, removes sutures and other first aid procedures
• Performs CPR and non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures based on medical instructions
• Collects phlebotomy and other lab specimens; performs basic Point of Care lab tests
• Interacts with EMS and emergency department personnel to coordinate emergency care and reports findings to providers
• Creates and records detailed clinical documents for each patient, noting medications, allergies, conditions and emergency contact information
• Maintains home visit supplies, equipment and stocks; sterilizes instruments and practices OSHA safety standards
• As defined by Florida statutes and pursuant to medical protocols, administers appropriate patient care at the EMT/Paramedic skill level in emergency medical situations
• Reports cases of neglect or abuse to Adult/Child protective services and contacts law enforcement when appropriate
• Educates seniors on aging and disability resources and recommends mental health interventions leveraging community resources
• Coordinates fire rescue units, police and other community agencies making home visits

Team Lead, Physician Talent Sourcing

• Supervises inbound and outbound Solution Center team members to assure they are delivering exceptional customer service and achieving departmental quality, compliance and productivity standards
• Monitors inbound/outbound calls to assist and advise team members regarding escalations, requests for assistance and other situations that may require additional guidance or expertise
• Utilizes call center technology to track performance and convert raw data to quantifiable reports
• Analyzes data and distributes reports to show efficiency and opportunities
• Leads team members to better performance and improved service quality outcomes through supervision of activities and performance metrics
• Trains, coaches and educates team members on departmental processes, procedures and practices
• Ensures completion of onboarding activities for Solution Center team members in accordance with the onboarding checklist
• Collaborates on continuous improvement of processes, training, etc. to best meet the changing environment
