About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for outbound and inbound customer service call handling related to patient scheduling, general inquiries, and service call interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required; in a call center or similar environment
  • Experience with adhering to KPIs or Metrics in a call center environment
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting, highly preferred
  • Experience with web-based customer relationship management systems
  • Spoken and written fluency in English; Spanish bilingual a plus
