• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A, bringing an outcomes-focused mentality to our hiring efforts
• Develop and drive employer branding, sourcing, and outreach campaigns to build strong candidate pipelines
• Lead and iterate on recruiting operations end-to-end
• Guide and advise hiring managers by shaping roles, clarifying scope and requirements
• Ensure we’re always seeking truth in our recruiting process by leading incisive and insightful intake conversations
• Set and maintain a high performance bar for Talent at Check while moving fast in hiring
• Bring ownership to areas of ambiguity and add structure where it is needed
• Partner closely with the Head of People to build creative and engaging hiring plans
