About the role
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Lead a skilled team of warehouse staff and facilitate training and development.
- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming products and assemble water treatment products.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and effective inventory management practices.
- Implement and maintain efficient logistical processes and systems within the warehouse and utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and logistics.
- Ensure and implement best practices for workplace safety.
- Deliver products to customers and contribute to Charger Water Treatment Products' commitment to quality service and excellence.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.; schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics.
- Experience leading and managing a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
