• Manage and mentor field service technicians and external subcontractors operating across diverse commercial and public charging networks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related fault-finding on AC, Rapid DC, and Ultra-Fast HPC units.
• Oversee Routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to maximize charger uptime and grid reliability.
• Build and monitor operational KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting standards.
• Ensure all field activities rigidly comply with BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and overarching Health & Safety protocols.
• health and safety on site is critical and the inspections are to ensure that operatives are adhering to H&S requirements including carrying out Quality of Work, Health and Safety & Behavioural Audits.
• maintaining strong relationships with Supplier Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Managers and installation teams.
