About the role

  • Own the roadmap for a core internal tool and lead a small engineering team.
  • Identify and prioritise workflow and process pain points across Finance, Ops, Customer Support and other teams.
  • Design, prototype, and build no-code automations and AI agents; escalate to engineers for complex cases.
  • Use data tools to self-serve insights, investigate problems, back-test ideas and guide solutions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction improvements.
  • Own full lifecycle of internal alerting: define framework and standards, ongoing tuning and monitoring.
  • Lead prioritisation sessions and weekly team meetings as product manager; communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Meet with stakeholders (Finance, Ops, etc.) to gather feedback and build prototypes demonstrating viable solutions.
  • Improve hygiene of internal alerts (tagging, naming) and tighten logic to reduce noise and increase actionability.
  • Balance conflicting priorities and ensure releases are adopted, documented and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in internal tooling, automation, workflow systems, or technical product/project ownership.
  • Hands-on ability to build automations or AI agents (Zapier, n8n, Slackbots, LangChain, etc.).
  • Data-savviness; comfortable with data tooling and performing analysis to investigate problems.
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, and backend workflows; able to discuss these with Engineers.
  • Outcome-focused mindset balancing speed with quality and risk control.
  • (Nice to have) Background in product or project management.
  • (Nice to have) Some experience with SQL or similar query languages.
  • (Nice to have) Prior exposure to internal tools in fintech, iGaming, or other high-compliance industries.
  • (Nice to have) Experience setting up and governing alerting and monitoring systems.
