Lead channel expansion and ecosystem development in the Greater China Region (GCR), focusing on partner recruitment and enablement.
Identify and sign high-potential partners such as advertising agencies, e-commerce service providers, and MarTech resellers.
Deliver systematic business training and support, co-manage key customer opportunities, and improve collaboration efficiency and sales conversion.
Own sales performance of assigned channels, design regional growth strategies, and ensure partners have clear growth paths and success plans.
Establish evaluation, communication, and incentive mechanisms to optimize channel collaboration and resource allocation.
Gather competitive insights and partner feedback, integrate cross-border e-commerce and marketing trends, and provide strategic input to product and marketing teams to serve Chinese outbound customers.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in channel development, business partnerships, or ecosystem building—candidates from SaaS or cross-border advertising industries are preferred.
Strong partner network serving Chinese outbound merchants (e.g., ad agencies, e-commerce service providers, system integrators, crowdfunding platforms).
Solid written English skills for professional email communication and product understanding.
Excellent relationship-building, business negotiation, and result-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, cross-border e-commerce SaaS, or MarTech products.
Experience in a fast-scaling startup in a key role, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven culture.
Deep understanding of the marketing and sales needs of Chinese outbound merchants.
