About the role
- Own new business acquisition, customer expansion, and retention strategies with a forecast accuracy goal of ±10%.
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Implement tailored coverage models, develop partnerships with primes, PSPs, affiliate/IB networks, and ISVs.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage performance for Account Executives, Relationship Managers, and Presales/TAMs; establish clear career progression paths; collaborate with Product to drive enablement initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous qualification standards (SPICED/MEDDPICC).
- Enforce clean stage definitions, and ensure 3x pipeline coverage; lead weekly deal reviews and forecasting sessions.
- Structure multi-product deals with strategic pricing and revenue-sharing models; ensure alignment with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Product.
- Deliver against NRR and GRR targets; implement QBR/MBR cadences.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell motions; manage key escalations.
- Ensure Salesforce data hygiene; maintain lead-to-cash dashboards; monitor activation, time-to-volume, and financial KPIs.
- Provide inputs into headcount planning, budgeting, event ROI analysis, and the development of strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of sales and leadership experience in institutional FX, CFDs, crypto, or trading technology across the APAC region.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, multi-country teams—coaching both acquisition-focused and relationship-driven roles.
- Experience working with PIPs and presidents-club performers.
- Experience with 6–7 figure multi-product deals.
- Strong familiarity with FIX connectivity, WL/hosted models, and broker tech stacks.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin.
