Program Manager

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for case managers
• Support staff in developing and implementing high-quality, individualized service plans aligned with participant goals
• Conduct regular check-ins, case reviews, and supervision meetings to ensure accountability and professional growth
• Identify training needs and support ongoing staff development
• Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant data entry in the organization's case management system
• Review case notes, service plans, assessments, and participant records for completeness, quality, and alignment with internal policies
• Monitor program implementation to ensure fidelity to grant requirements, internal policies, and service models
• Serve as a key liaison between frontline staff and senior leadership
