About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for case managers
  • Support staff in developing and implementing high-quality, individualized service plans aligned with participant goals
  • Conduct regular check-ins, case reviews, and supervision meetings to ensure accountability and professional growth
  • Identify training needs and support ongoing staff development
  • Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant data entry in the organization's case management system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in a program manager role or equivalent
  • Experience supervising case managers or direct service staff in a human services, nonprofit, or reentry-focused environment
  • Strong working knowledge of case management systems, documentation standards, and data quality oversight
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding staff accountable while providing supportive leadership
  • Committed to trauma-informed, equity-centered, and participant-driven service delivery
  • Clear, professional, and effective communication across diverse teams
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and motivated by continuous improvement
