Chief Marketing Officer

• Set the overall marketing and audience distribution strategy for Elections, balancing near-term performance goals with long-term brand building.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the GM of Elections and the broader Elections leadership team.

• Lead and define the Change.org Australia social media strategy, significantly growing the Australian Change.org social media channels with a focus on creating a diverse audience, and owning social KPIs including impressions, engagement, and new user acquisition.

• Change.org is searching for a Communications Manager to lead operations in Turkey.
• You will report to our Associate Director of Communications.
• Consistently identify, support, and drive the biggest people power campaign moments, generating strong reach and wide amplification across both social and traditional media, centering our amazing petition starters.
• Increase awareness of Change.org and the campaigns on the platform among key audiences including media and decision-makers.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, decision makers and partners to enhance both the immediate reach of campaigns and the long-term visibility of the platform.
• Lead Corporate Communications in Turkey to implement the global strategy across owned and earned media. Collaborate with other functional leads to hone a global brand strategy, contributing to department strategy, goals and culture.
• Contribute to growth in platform activity in Turkey. Engage Change.org’s email audience with timely, impactful, and high-performing content.
