Customer Success Manager

Role within Chamberlain Group’s sales function focused on onboarding and post-implementation customer success for myQ Enterprise customers.
Serve as single point of contact following implementation to ensure optimal customer experience
Partner cross functionally to develop and manage Customer outcomes for long term success and scalability
Manage data gathering and documentation requirements across multiple functions and lead customers through to setup and operation
Capture direct feedback from new accounts and develop real time customer insights
Monitor and report on trends with myQ Enterprise customers for future road mapping
Support integration of customer database and maintain data integrity
Develop and deliver training for customers on usage of online systems
Contribute to team projects as needed

Sales

• Acquire new security distributors to build out Chamberlain Group's access control strategy for Community and Facility end-user segments
• Build product awareness, adoption, and sales growth in the security distribution channel through regular engagement with dealers and prospects
• Support dealer engagement initiatives with segment end users in collaboration with New Business Development and National Integrator teams
• Represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows, councils, and networking events
• Facilitate trainings for distributor sales/spec teams and dealers
• Support implementation of go-to-market strategies for new product deployment
• Build competitive product knowledge and train/mentor others
• Track and record distribution activities and sales opportunities in Salesforce
• Comply with health/safety guidelines and protect company confidentiality
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networks
• Contribute to team effort and participate on projects as needed
