About the role

Lead product development for the Enterprise Abstraction Layer (EAL)/Relayer targeted at banks
Work closely with engineers to design and build technical blockchain infrastructure
Execute projects, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to meet business objectives
Engage in pre-sales, participate in customer calls, and contribute to sales without compromising product integrity
Envision EAL integration with relayer, Proof of Reserve, Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), and Data Feeds
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, sales) to deliver solutions for banking and capital markets
Shape product strategy and make significant impact in the financial industry

Proven track record building technical blockchain-related infrastructure targeted at banks
Excellent product management skills, including prioritization and roadmap ownership
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), industry standards, protocols, and best practices
Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing and pre-sales engagement
Analytical and strategic thinking, considering EAL integration with relayer, Proof of Reserve, CCIP, and Data Feeds
Willingness to participate in pre-sales customer calls and contribute to sales efforts
Ability to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Preferred: Advanced degree (master's) in computer science, engineering, or business administration
Preferred: Previous experience in the financial industry (capital markets, risk management, or related domains)
Preferred: Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as AML and KYC
Preferred: Entrepreneurial mindset and startup experience
