💰 £55,000 - £60,000 per year
About the role
- Own the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and market launches across the company
- Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, tools, and reporting standards to improve execution discipline
- Translate strategic objectives into structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics
- Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Deliver high-quality communication materials (status updates, executive reports, steering committee packs)
- Support leadership in prioritisation and resource planning for company-wide initiatives
- Promote a culture of structured execution and continuous improvement across teams
- Assist leadership team with data collection, analysis, and preparation of internal reporting or board materials
- Contribute to identifying business priorities based on internal bottlenecks, team feedback, or data insights
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS or a generalist operations, strategy, or cross-functional role at a startup / high-growth company
- Proven track record of managing complex projects end-to-end with complex stakeholder structure
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; highly structured and detail-oriented
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Experience with tools (such as Google Suite, Asana, Notion) and basic data skills (e.g. Spreadsheets/Excel, dashboards)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience supporting or managing operational delivery across multiple markets or regulatory environments is a plus
