Drive and coordinate engagement and trading activity across the USA broker base for CFC
Define and deliver the USA/regional distribution strategy and be accountable for a regional distribution plan
Act as main point of outreach and contact for brokers within the regional territory and generate new opportunities
Design regional distribution plans and evidence delivery through KPIs (new broker appointments, trading volume, brand awareness)
Identify key broker partnerships and coordinate CFC’s sales and development activity for each relationship
Build deep understanding of broker strategies and translate insight into product class strategies
Produce opportunities to secure new business leveraging national agreements, MI and technology
Work closely with underwriting teams to understand proposition, appetite and capability and communicate product strategy
Represent CFC as the regional leader, oversee trading activity and relationship management
Help shape local sales and distribution culture and build out local sales strategy

Requirements
Excellent knowledge of the commercial insurance market within the region
Solid broker-facing experience in a sales or underwriting environment
Strong relationships within the retail brokerage space across commercial lines insurance
Deep understanding of wholesale and retail channels and their regional dynamics
Demonstrable experience building new relationships and evolving existing relationships
Proven track record for delivering exceptional results
Experience across multiple products and lines of insurance
Passion for sales and development and ability to influence stakeholders at every level
Proven ability to lead through influence
