Spearhead strategic business initiatives for a rapidly expanding insurance provider (CFC)
Keep on track key projects contributing to future growth strategy
Report into and work alongside the Chief of Staff
Focus on success of cross-functional strategic projects across a global organisation
Build out capability across different disciplines within CFC
Act as key liaison between business leaders and project teams; ensure initiatives are designed and communicated effectively
Engage with business leaders across functions and geographies to understand and deliver core strategic initiatives
Oversee strategic initiatives from development through to execution under senior leadership guidance
Prioritise and report critical issues and information back to the Chief of Staff to facilitate efficient decision-making
Requirements
Proven track record in management or strategy consulting from a top-tier consulting firm or similar background in corporate strategy within financial services
Interest in Insurance
Resilient and able to operate effectively and accurately under pressure
Excellent level of attention to detail including accurate written and numeracy skills
Skilled influencer and communicator; ability to listen, collaborate and partner with key internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and C-Suite
