About the role

  • U.S. based, remote-first role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and engaging with executive leadership, investors, and analysts
  • Own the quarterly earnings process, including messaging, earnings call preparation, investor presentations, and Q&A prep for CEO and CFO
  • Shape investor relations narrative and develop materials for investor conferences, roadshows, and board meetings
  • Track investor sentiment, competitor earnings, and market trends to inform messaging and strategy
  • Perform complex financial modeling and scenario analysis to support executive decision-making
  • Develop analytical frameworks to provide financial and operational insights and optimize capital deployment
  • Source, evaluate, and execute M&A and investment opportunities, including valuation and due diligence
  • Support capital markets activities including capital raising and shareholder return strategies
  • Define growth priorities, create business plans for new growth and monetization opportunities, and evaluate monetization of company data assets

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total work experience, including 4+ years of investment banking and/or equity research experience at a top-tier firm and 2+ years of investor relations experience
  • Additional experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance and/or Private Equity preferred
  • Deep understanding of complex financial modeling, valuation, corporate finance and capital markets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional ability to effectively communicate complex financial analysis clearly and crisply for executive audiences and across business units
  • Significant experience engaging directly with senior executives and external stakeholders (partners, investors, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
