About the role
- Join our global Finance team at CFC’s London HQ as a Finance Operations Analyst, supporting the development and optimisation of our financial systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This newly created role sits at the intersection of Finance and IT, offering a rare opportunity to influence how our finance function operates. Working closely with the Senior Systems Accountant, you’ll manage financial systems (including NetSuite), lead system upgrades and integrations, and support users across the business. You’ll play a key role in automating reporting, improving processes, and ensuring compliance and data integrity - while helping shape the future scalability of our finance operations.
Requirements
- Have demonstrable experience in finance/accounting roles, with strong exposure to financial systems and reporting Be part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or working towards qualification Be confident working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and expense platforms like SAP Concur Possess advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL or other reporting tools is a plus Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process improvement Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple requests Show a genuine interest in systems and how they support financial strategy
