About the role
- Join our global Finance team at CFC’s London HQ as a Finance Operations Analyst, supporting the development and optimisation of our financial systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This newly created role sits at the intersection of Finance and IT, offering a rare opportunity to influence how our finance function operates.
- Working closely with the Senior Systems Accountant, you’ll manage financial systems (including NetSuite), lead system upgrades and integrations, and support users across the business. You’ll play a key role in automating reporting, improving processes, and ensuring compliance and data integrity - while helping shape the future scalability of our finance operations.
Requirements
- Have demonstrable experience in finance/accounting roles, with strong exposure to financial systems and reporting
- Be part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or working towards qualification
- Be confident working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and expense platforms like SAP Concur
- Possess advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL or other reporting tools is a plus
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process improvement
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple requests
- Show a genuine interest in systems and how they support financial strategy
