About the role

  • Generate new leads for corporate sales opportunities through prospecting (cold calling, research, etc.)
  • Set scheduled calls/meetings for the Account Executive Team across the Enterprise Sales organization
  • Effectively meet assigned sales performance metrics and per-day quotas including outbound phone calls (dials), email correspondences, and new lead goals
  • Demonstrate understanding of company products and participate in sales and technology training
  • Update client notes and call progression in CRM applications
  • Work as a team player providing sales support and product expertise as needed
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Communicate directly with customers; positively represent the company and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to listen to and interpret customer requirements and present technical solutions
  • Effective in managing time and activities, including administrative responsibilities
  • Exhibition of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of a CRM (Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Zoom Info preferred)
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly quotas (outbound calls, emails, new lead goals)
  • Build and maintain a healthy prospecting pipeline
