Operations

• Serve as the connective tissue between the Strategy organization and CeriFi’s functional departments.
• Drive accountability, visibility, and operational excellence around strategic initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and strategy leaders to translate strategic goals into action plans.
• Track, coordinate, and support the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across departments.
• Maintain a living view of all strategic projects in alignment with company OKRs.
• Design and operationalize repeatable processes connecting strategy to execution.
• Implement governance models establishing clear accountability for deliverables.
• Oversee collaboration and tracking tools to ensure visibility and efficiency.
• Deliver regular initiative updates, executive dashboards, and board-level reports.
