About the role
- Phone outreach: You are our first external point of contact and make phone contact with existing leads in the system.
- Discovery calls: You hold introductory conversations with potential clients so both parties can determine whether a collaboration makes sense.
- Preparation and follow-up: You prepare briefing materials for consultations for our managing director before and after meetings and schedule these appointments.
- Contact management: You maintain our CRM system (Close) so we always stay in touch with our customers.
Requirements
- Background: Personality and attitude matter to us; a vocational qualification or university degree is not required.
- Level: Entry level
- Mindset: Motivated, disciplined, self-confident, communicative, and goal-oriented
- Telephone skills: You are comfortable picking up the phone and making calls.
