About the role
- On-site quality assurance: Inspect installations to ensure compliance with standards
- Measurement technology checks: Perform inspections of metering and measurement equipment
- Installer accompaniment & training: Support and train installers during installations
- System assessment & sales support: Evaluate heating systems and support field sales teams
- Testing innovations: Trial new measurement and wireless technologies
- Analyze special cases: Investigate technical defects and develop solutions
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a master installer/plumbing and heating technician or master in HVAC (heating, ventilation and sanitary) technology, or at least four years of relevant professional experience
- Technical expertise in heat and water meters as well as smoke detectors
- Self-motivation, assertiveness, team spirit and flexibility
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent and strong planning skills
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strategic and commercial thinking
- Willingness to learn and digital affinity
